For the first time ever, the Audubon Society is including South Fork Trails in their famous Christmas Bird Count. On Saturday, January 3, 2015, birders and walkers alike will brave the cold weather to number birds and species in the name of science. Truly a sight to see, the event brings hundreds of binocular-toting bird lovers outdoors.
