Thank you for your interest in “Natural Connections”

The South Fork Conservancy (SFC) wants you!

We hope that you’ll take advantage of this opportunity to showcase your quilting genius at our annual outdoor celebration known as Creek Rising. It takes place on the banks of the South Fork of Peachtree Creek at Atlanta’s Zonolite Park in the fall of 2022.

We have named this second show and auction “Natural Connections.” We hope that many of you in the quilting community will want to take part in this fun and inspiring event by donating for auction a quilt that you have made.

People will be able to view and bid on the quilts online as well as at the live event in the park. They will be able to take a quilt walk through the outdoor exhibit, where the quilts will be displayed, and bid on the quilts. People also will be able to browse the auction using their cell phones to see your work and bid on the quilts.

If you want to participate in SFC’s second quilt show and auction, here’s what you need to know:

•    You donate a quilt you have made to the South Fork Conservancy. The donation is tax deductible.

•     Each quilt will be professionally photographed. Photos will be placed on the SFC website and in all materials related to the Creek Rising event.

•     Quilters each will receive a photo (jpeg or tif) of their quilt.

•     Quilters will receive an invitation to Creek Rising and a one-year membership in SFC.

•     Each quilt will be displayed online and during Creek Rising. In the event of inclement weather, we will display the quilts an adjacent covered location.
